The Hero Series

CrossFit Hero workout event at CBUS Lifting Co. to benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation. Participants will complete one of the CrossFit Hero workouts to honor servicemen and servicewomen. There is a $10.00 entry fee with all proceeds going to the Navy SEAL Foundation.
