Sixteen of Barcelona Wine Bar’s most talented chefs, alongside James Beard Award winning Culinary Director Christopher Lee, are teaming up with Montauk’s Navy Beach restaurant for an exclusive chef-vs-chef Dock to Dish inspired culinary competition & dinner on Wednesday, September 6th, at Navy Beach in Montauk.
The Barcelona chefs will be fishing for compliments (literally) after a day on the open water catching fluke, striped bass, and bluefish. The chefs will use the catch of the day to prepare an elaborate tasting experience—and dinner guests will vote for their favorite course.
The evening fare will be complemented by beer, wine, and produce from local partners: Amber Waves Farm, Dock to Dish, Montauk Brewing Company, and Paumanok Vineyards.
A portion of the proceeds from the one-night-only event will benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation.
