The 5th Mountain
“The 5th Mountain” a WOD published by SEALFIT, takes us completely out of our comfort zone and trains us in time domains we rarely venture into. This is not an impossible WOD, it is simply the next challenge.
We invite all from the CrossFit Community to accept the challenge and grind through “The 5th Mountain” with Atomic CrossFit.
There will be no judges and all times and reps will be based on the honor system. This is to establish a benchmark and have fun within the community for a good cause.
RX For time, with 20# vest (12# ladies):
100 Burpees, run 1 mile
100 Squats, run 1 mile
100 Sit-ups, run 1 mile
100 Push-ups, run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups, run 1 mile
BYOV – BRING YOUR OWN VEST.
SCALED: Scale movements as needed. Scale reps to 50 and 800m runs or may be performed as a team, split reps however but both must complete the runs.
Entry fee includes a shirt and the rest of the proceeds will go to the Navy SEAL Foundation.
