Transition Assistance and Veteran Support

The Next Ridgeline.

The Navy SEAL Foundation is committed to maintaining a resilient, sustainable, and healthy force in perpetuity. At the same time, our commitment extends to those who have served our country with honor and distinction by helping them transition from active duty service into civilian life and ensuring NSW veterans are prepared to maximize career opportunities.

We believe that every Naval Special Warfare (NSW) warrior deserves a successful transition into civilian life. They have earned it. To carry forward this commitment, we have developed the SEAL/SWCC Egress Training (SET) Pipeline Program. Through SET, we address the individual needs of transitioning service members.

“SET,” is a multifaceted transition program providing qualified program participants with individually tailored, evidence-informed options for achieving an optimal transition to life after active duty service. Our “Whole Warrior” philosophy focuses on three critical components for a successful transition into civilian life: Human Performance, the Family Unit, and Career Transition.

Our Transition Services are available to NSW community members within 12-18 months of terminal leave. We also support transition services for SEAL and SWCC veterans up to 24 months post-military service by providing access to world-class transition programs, mentorship, and support.
